Thank you for shopping with Yare Sauce GmbH. Below you will find all relevant information regarding order processing, shipping times and delivery.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed the next business day.
- During product launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Switzerland
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply for orders above CHF 49.
We ship via reliable carriers such as Swiss Post.
European Union
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 5-12 business days).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Yare Sauce on its journey to you.

4. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
Yare Sauce GmbH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us:
- The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hola@yaresauce.com.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Perishable Product Notice
Yare Sauce is a food product. While it is shelf-stable, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and refrigerating after opening.
We do not accept returns for food products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
